Sharon Toerek to Present Legal Session at Content Marketing World 2016
CLEVELAND – Aug. 31, 2016 – Sharon Toerek, intellectual property and marketing law attorney, and founder of Toerek Law, will join lawyer Ruth Carter for an interactive Q&A session at Content Marketing World 2016, which will cover how to safely succeed in content marketing while taking a proactive approach to protecting creative work and minimizing legal risk.
The segment, “Why Can I ReTweet but Not ReGram? Q&A Session for All Your Content Legal Questions,” is taking place Thursday, Sept. 8, 2:50-3:35 p.m., at the Searchmetrics Stage.
Toerek and Carter will present a high-level overview of the rules pertinent to audience members, as well as recent updates to content marketing regulations. They will also take audience questions about the legalities of creating content, intellectual property, working with third party creators, using others’ content and more.
